Therefore, HERA does not confine its interests and activities to any particular part of the world. HERA works in low-, middle-income and industrialised countries worldwide.

HERA provides consultancy services to all type of clients, both public and private, government and non-government, and at each level (local, national and international).

However, HERA aims specifically at strengthening the co-operation with health professionals and institutions in low- and middle-income countries.
