Mrs. Nancy Hellemans, translator French-English (º1968)

• Nancy Hellemans joined HERA in 2004 as Project Officer.
• Giving support to the Programme Officer, she takes care of the practical organisation of the missions, the administrative follow-up of the consultancies, the standard quality check and editing of reports, the preparation of tender dossiers, etc.
• Previously she gained business insight in the graphic sector. For ten years she was head of a business department where she managed a team of sales people, created new stock items, enlarged sales volume and profits by choosing the right combination of quality and service. Thanks to her communication skills, accuracy and flexibility she became responsible for the entire purchasing of graphic stock items.
• In addition to her business skills, Nancy Hellemans obtained a certificate in teaching and taught French and English languages for four years at secondary school.
